Shipping information
We provide delivery throughout New Zealand through our network of preferred delivery partners.
Where possible, deliveries can include assembly and placement of goods and removal of rubbish.

When will I know my goods are to be delivered?
Once your order has been assigned to one of our delivery partners, they will contact you directly to organise a suitable delivery day and time window. Please contact us at velmoalmtd@gmail.com or on 0211521824 if you require any update on your delivery’s progress.
The carrier or delivery company will text to confirm availability on the day of delivery.
